Secret of the pros - We write your custom job ad (and get your sign-off), we post it, the resumes flood in, we screen the resumes, and further screen the top dogs with an initial interview

We send you our reports, recommendations and interview recordings of the top candidates, and we decide on candidates worthy of your time for the final interview stages

For the final interviews we prepare some interview questions that you might like to use, coach you on how to most effectively interview, virtually sit in on your final interviews, and take notes

What's It Gonna Cost Me?

Bigger fish tend to take more bait, more patience, more time, and often...we're going to need a bigger boat. So rather than a flat fee, we charge 10% of the value of the candidate's first year salary, and 15% for Executives and Managers. Sound fair?
